Travel Agents and Online Portals use a mixture of Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) at the same time. Every CRS has its own unique tools with which the customer can complete many tasks from checking on departure times to reserving seats and meals. This was however up to now a problem for the passenger who was forced to login in and use up to 5 different tools depending on the CRS used for the reservation and ticketing processes.

In 2010 a team of experts here at AERTiCKET AG, the biggest unaffiliated Airline Ticket wholesaler in Germany, had the idea to combine all these processes and information tools into a single interface. This means that reservations made in any of the CRS systems : Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, LUTE can now be viewed in a single interface, the only restraints are that the ticketing process is carried out by AERTiCKET AG and that branch access is granted between the Travel Agent or Online Portal and AERTiCKET AG.

Our aim was always to use the original tools from the individual CRS systems as well as to improve and add other tools that we feel will be very useful to the passenger.
